Putting the rubber ball into a smooth run by circular motion while standing on one leg and bending (extension) the foot tied to the Pedoball – a challenging variant demanding balance, stability and motor-coordination. Beginners can play and practice easily with the Pedoball: Small children can operate the Pedoball by hand and try to roll the ball in oval circles or – improving – move several balls at a time. In order to develop a feel for the unstable underside (hemispherical bow), practice can be exercised while sitting down. Standing: The Pedoball rests on the (skid-proof!) ground and the rubberball is being set into circular motion from front to rear end (or the other way round) by weightshifting. Basic Position: For active adaption one foot should stand strong on the ground. The exercise is conducted operating the Pedoball while standing on one leg. Challenge and fun will grow when using one Pedoball on each foot. The speed as well as the number of balls (up to 5) are self-affected. Oval, orange-coloured basic form with rut, skid-proof structured surface; hemispherical bow on the underside. Solid high-quality plastic, able to work under pressure of up to 120kg; L 47,5 x B 27,5 x 7,5 cm, weight 710 g, incl. 5 rubberballs.
